| CuteFTP Below you will find more information about logging into your FTP-client and the settings you need to enter to establish the connection to our server. Note! We are not responsible for programs produced by a third party. For further questions regarding the use of this program we refer you to the manufacturer of the software. 1. Open CuteFTP 2. Enter your login details as in the example below:  3. Click Connect. The connection to our webserver will now be established. As soon as you transfer your files and folders onto our server, these will be visible immediately on your website. However, if you can't see the changes directly, we advise you to refresh your webbrowser (using F5 or the button "refresh"). Note! It is sometimes possible that errors occur while establishing the connection to our webserver. This has to do with a setting in your FTP-client. In this case you will need to turn off passive mode (PASV). 1. Go to Tools - Sitemanager - Display site manager. 2. Select your website at the left side. 3. On the right side, click on tab Type. 4. At Data connection type, make sure that Use PASV is not selected.  |
