Cancellation


You can cancel your domain name by clicking here.

Before cancelling, all invoices must be fully paid and the cancellation must reach us 90 days before the new period starts. Domain and web hosting are services we deliver, NOT products, and a service does not follow normal regulations regarding cancellation. A service that has been fully delivered can not be returned. When a domain has been registered, or renewed, on our DNS servers, it is not refundable.

Annulment periods of ordering are:

Private customers:
Domain: DIFFERENT FOR INDIVIDUAL COUNTRY
Web: DIFFERENT FOR INDIVIDUAL COUNTRY

Businesses and organisations:
Domain: None
Web: None

Downgrading

If you would like to cancel your webhosting with Active 24, but keep the rights to your domain name, it is possible to downgrade your package to contain only the parking of the domain name. All outstanding invoices must be paid. If you have just received an invoice, be sure to downgrade within 90 days before the new period starts.

Your emails (not the ones downloaded to your computer) and files stored on your webspace will be deleted and disappear once the prepaid period runs out.
